- Scope of Work
The scope of services, including preparation, resurfacing, and cleanup, will be outlined in the signed proposal. Any additional work requested by the customer will be subject to a separate agreement and cost. - Project Timeline
Estimated start and completion dates will be provided but are subject to change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. The company shall not be liable for delays outside its control. - Site Access & Safety
Customers must provide clear access to the work area and ensure that people, pets, and personal property are kept away from the job site during working hours. The company will take reasonable measures to maintain a safe site. - Materials & Environmental Compliance
All materials used are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request. - Warranty
Workmanship and materials are warranted for the period specified in the customer’s contract. The warranty excludes damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, structural movement, natural disasters, or events outside the company’s control. - Customer Maintenance Responsibilities
Customers must follow the maintenance guidelines provided. Failure to do so may void warranty coverage. - Repairs
The company will address issues related to workmanship within the warranty period. Repairs beyond warranty or caused by external factors (weather, misuse, structural shifting) will be billed separately. - Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before scheduling work. The 50% balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include checks, major credit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. - Insurance
The company carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and shall provide proof of coverage upon request. - Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for failure to perform or damages resulting from acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, war, or other events beyond its reasonable control. - Damage Responsibility
The company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by structural deficiencies, natural disasters, or external events unrelated to workmanship. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Collier County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
